Barratt David Wilson Homes is pleased to present proposals for development on land to the south of Maldon Road, Great Totham.

Following feedback received from Maldon District Council, statutory consultees and the local community, the development now proposes up to 150 new homes, including 40% affordable housing, alongside the promotion of sustainable living through extensive public open green space, play areas and allotments, as well as new pedestrian and cycle routes to enhance connectivity and encourage active travel.

The application has been submitted to Maldon District Council and can be viewed on the Council’s planning portal using the application reference number: 25/00607/OUTM.
