Barratt David Wilson Homes is excited to present proposals for residential development and land reserved for a neighbourhood centre on land to the south of Maldon Road, Great Totham.

This development aims to provide up to 170 new homes, including 40% affordable housing, land reserved for a new neighbourhood centre alongside promoting sustainable living through significant public open green space and new pedestrian and cycle routes enhancing connectivity.

We are dedicated to creating a community that not only meets the growing housing needs but also maintains the character of Great Totham.
