Barratt David Wilson Homes is excited to present proposals for residential development and land reserved for a neighbourhood centre on land to the south of Maldon Road, Great Totham.
This development aims to provide up to 170 new homes, including 40% affordable housing, land reserved for a new neighbourhood centre alongside promoting sustainable living through significant public open green space and new pedestrian and cycle routes enhancing connectivity.
The application has now been submitted to Maldon District Council and can be viewed on the Council’s planning portal using the application reference number: 25/00607/OUTM.
